The biggest event in the  Journey  school  calendar.  We are opening our doors to everyone in the inside and outside community. The festival also happens to be a whole lot of fun! In the days leading up to the event, the schoolyard is completely transformed into an old fashioned farmyard, decorated with wheat, flowers, straw bales, vintage signs, and much more.  Parents, community members, and staff prepare delicious and healthy foods shared by all.

When?

Typically held at the beginning of November.

Where?

Outside on the entire campus.

Which grade?

Kindergarten to 8^th grade, alumni, family and friends, teachers and the local community.  Each class is responsible for hosting a particular activity booth, as parents and students rotate working in them surrounded by crafts, activities, and music.

Who?

    Is in charge: Chairperson with PC Harvest Committee.

    Volunteers, what are their duties:

• Volunteers needs from planning, organizing, set up, running, clean up.
• Sign-up through our ParentSquare site for all-school needs and set-up/clean-up. Each classroom also has sign-ups for each classroom booth.
• Baked goods donations, flower donations
• Pumpkin and hay bale pick up
• Gathering items from nature for the Fairy House Village
• Many, many more!

    Else is involved from the outside Community:  Vendors, Sponsors, Donations, Food Trucks.  The outside, public community are our guests.

Vendors donate items for a raffle table and are giving 20% of the amount made to Parent Cabinet.

All the money raised goes to Parent Cabinet which supports teacher training, campus improvements, and exceptional experiences in the classroom and on field trips.
